Debates on the digitalisation of the healthcare system are mostly about hospitals, doctors´ practices and pharmacies. However, this way of thinking does not do justice to the complexity of our healthcare system.

In this session you will learn about the market of the so-called "other service providers" in its size and heterogeneity. In the subsequent discussion round, the role of the non-approved professions in the care process, the status quo with regard to digitization in this area and the question of what needs to be done after the introduction of electronic prescriptions.
