Christina Rode-Schubert

Christina Rode-Schubert is partner of the management consultancy TCI GmbH Mannheim|Zurich|Riyadh. She acquired her personal tool box and agile methods knowledge first at the universities of St. Gallen CH and Santa Clara USA, where she studied Business Engineering (BE) and completed an Executive Master of Business Administration in BE. Christina is certified SAFe Agelist.

Technological topics are her core competence and innovations her passion. Her customers include global players from the healthcare industry, with a focus on MedTech, as well as from building technology and the automotive supply industry with topics such as Smart Home and Smart City. Christina develops digital solutions and new business models with her customers taking into account market-relevant developments, such as artificial intelligence. She is particularly interested in corporate start-ups and scale-ups.

Currently she is founding a new enterprise focusing on analyzing the business capabilities of companies, especially with regard to technologically shaped trends. The founders developed the "trend2ability", T2A, method- and tool box. The megatrend connectivity e.g. with the technical trends respectively subtrends digitization and big data analysis will be analyzed in a company-specific solution space in order to carry out a target-oriented potential analysis and to derive a sustainable digital transformation strategy:

Christina Rode-Schubert holds several board and advisory board mandates in the MedTech segment. She heads the VDE Technical Committee Business Models of Intelligent Assistance Systems and applied for the KI Initiative of the BMWi with the application Care[Ful}KI.
