Young Professionals

Wanted!

Qualified Employees

The digital health industry is dependant on qualified employees to develop, offer and implement quality products in a dynamic yet sensitive market.

DMEA is engaged in connecting the Health IT industry and healthcare institutions with potential employees. This ties in with the activities of the host, the German Association of Healthcare IT Vendors (bvitg), commited to the career and promotion of young talents in Healthcare IT throughout the year.

An overview of all programme items for pupils, students and young professionals is available here.

Formats for Newcomers

The personnel experts at PERM4 will give you helpful tips. Have your CV checked during a CV check so that you make a good impression when you apply to your dream employer! In a workshop you will learn how important it is to listen well and how to use information without judging it in advance. They will also explain to you what is important for a successful salary negotiation.

In three-minute speed lectures, companies and institutions introduce themselves as employers, try to convince visitors to come by your booth or convince them that they are the best employer in the world. The aim is to inspire pupils, students and young professionals with an entertaining and creative presentation and thus point out the company.

The Guide for Talents will be sent to registered students a few weeks before the DMEA. It contains all the essential information about DMEA exhibitors interested in being contacted by young professionals. (Only available in German).

The job area is the first contact point for visitors who want to learn about career and job opportunities in the industry. The job advertisements of the exhibiting companies will be posted at all three days and will be visible on the DMEA website.

An overview of the vacancies of our exhibitors can be found in the Virtual Market Place.

For exhibitors: please place your orders and data entries for your job offers directly in the Virtual Market Place.

Use your ticket to get a routing slip for the Career Partner Rally and collect stamps. With a complete routing slip you have the chance to take part in a competition.

We have three great prizes for you!

Representatives from Health IT businesses are available for 5-minute-conversations for anyone interested. Furthermore, there will be enough time for additional discussions after the event. There is no fixed order in speed networking, every participant chooses their preferred partner.

The guided tours for young talents will take you directly to the booths of interesting exhibitors who are interested in contact by junior staff and would like to present themselves as employers.

Registration is possible on site.

Exhibitors can book a presentation in the guided tours for young talents (no application necessary). Please contact Juliane Müller for further information.
